- Community with PMO team of R&D, Mfg and other functions
- Pilot few cross PMO driven projects
- PMO Managed HIPs
- Around 10 projects; 2 hours per week per project; 20 hours+ per week
- Functional HIPs Project Charter Development
- Around 20 projects; Effort in initial months <May-July>; 15 hours+ per week
3. Project Management Approach Promotion. To be planned around Nov; Around 3 hours per week
4. Create Project Management Community in APMEA. Monthly connect; Typically 5 hours per week
