Purpose:
The PMO Presales is responsible for leading the presales process for the Project Management Office (PMO) of an organization. The PMO Presales will work closely with the sales team to provide technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring that the PMO's services meet their needs. They will be responsible for developing proposals and delivering presentations to prospective clients that demonstrate the value of the PMO's services.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Strategy & Evaluation:
1. To determine accuracy of implementation through knowledge about project, corresponding data analysis of deliverables and understanding systems and processes to enable management office to be aware of status of projects and opportunity for course-correction where ever necessary.
2. Design and creation of M&E Framework, Impact Analyis, targets & work plans with the operations team.
Review & Report:
1. Each stage of process and timelines of the projects to be reported in sound formats and reports of the same to be evaluated with focus on efficiency and accuracy through tools such as audits, checks, scrutiny.
2. Review external and internal management reports to ensure high quality reports are submitted accurately and on time.
3. Review and streamline the data reporting formats to reduce the effort spent by the team on analysis and documentation.
Project Financials:
1. Periodic reporting and analysis of financial evaluation as per project requirements and internal budgets.
Communication & Coordination:
2. Internal coordination and external communication for the management office as per requirement
Key Performance Indicators:
- Weekly tracking of critical project performance parameters across ECS projects using tools such as Project Muster, Financial MIS, Project
- Evaluation Template and other Ops Reports received from multiple teams.
- Process Compliance to the M&E Framework, Program Audit, Impact Analysis - Adherence to time lines and accuracy of data
Key Interactions:
Internal
- Operations Team: - Detailing regular MIS updates for tracking project performance across ECS, starting with Skill Development related projects and moving onto Education sector Projects.
External
- Govt/Institutional Clients: - Impact Analysis of existing Govt. Projects and supporting in solution design
Competencies Required for the Role:
KNOWLEDGE
- Education, Consulting, Skilling Projects across multiple Govt. Dept., Schemes at Central and State Level
- Review and Monitoring Process incl. Programmatic Audit
- Basic Business acumen (Budgets, P&L etc)
SKILLS
- Good communication skills (both oral and written) and facilitation skills with the ability to work with others to achieve objectives.
- Should be excellent in MS Office

Qualification
- 4 years and above experience in relevant field
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
