- As a PMO, you will be responsible for the execution of multiple partnership content creation mid-size projects. - Develop and review the scope for high-level requirements for the project in conjunction with our stakeholders. - Work with the business and IT stakeholders to develop resource plans that will ensure the success of the project. - Develop, publish and monitor the project schedule to ensure requirements are met in a timely manner, within budget, timelines, and success criteria. - Actively manage all project risks to ensure they are quickly identified, communicated, and mitigated. - Provide accurate and up-to-date project status reporting to all stakeholders and necessary management. - Ensure that all deliverables and documentation are created, including operational support plans and disaster recovery plans. - Provide feedback to the project governance team on ways to improve the SDLC and support the implementation of those improvements.
