- Candidate should be GB certified - BB certified

- Minimum one project has to complete as leader

Tools used to analyze-Hypothesis Test, correlation and regression,

Control charting - different types of control charts

Should be aware of Process Capability, Control charting

- Should be aware about Six Sigma methodology Define Measure Analyze Improve & Control ( DMAIC ) & LEAN methodology

- Should have experience on PI project mentoring (GB)

- Project management knowledge

- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis

- Usage of quality tool

- Opportunity identification knowledge
