Project Leader - Operations Research

What this role entail:

- Create and implement optimization models for business problems

- Design algorithms for inventory optimization, Price optimization and optimizing multi-echelon systems

- Work with the teams for the accurate and efficient implementation of algorithms

- Perform R&D in the areas of ML & Optimization

- Develop roadmap for optimization research and staff/resource planning

- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders

- Support & maintaining developed/deployed optimization applications

What lands you in this role:

- 6-10 years of experience in developing Operations Research/Mathematical Optimization based applications

- Working knowledge primarily in large scale integer programming and good understanding of nonlinear & stochastic optimization models

- Experience in developing large scale optimization based applications

- Experience in implementing mathematical models using solvers such as CPLEX/Gurobi/XPRESS-MP

- Interest in Retail/Supply Chain domain

- Masters (Preferred) in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research/Statistics

- Proficiency with any of the object oriented programming languages such as Python, C# or C++
