This role is based out of the Enterprise Technology CoE which sits in the broader "Incubation Center" umbrella at the. Enterprise Technology (ET) CoE works closely with the ET experts and consulting teams to serve leading companies across domains such as Tech strategy and roadmap, Cybersecurity, Tech operating model, Delivery Assurance and Application rationalization.

The team is primarily focused on collaborating with practice/ case teams on the development and deployment of industry specific analytical products to answer strategic questions of HC clients. Incubation Center is where we support the creation and scale-up of new CoEs and comprises of many budding COEs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Work closely with Practice leads to build and deploy diagnostics tools and help drive insights from deployment results

- Contribute actively to IP development and thought leadership with Practice leaders and Senior leadership

- Lead teams of associates and analysts to produce client-ready research and analysis, generating strong business insights and understanding implications

- Work under the guidance of a Team Manager / Sr. Team Manager, playing a key role in driving the team's overall answer and final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management

- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive research and analysis on cases across geographies and industries. Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools

- Take responsibility for assigning work streams to Analysts & Associates. Monitor and balance workload

- Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output produced by the analysts

- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations

- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions

- Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team

- Effectively communicate with clients, who are teams around the world

- Consistently provide responsible feedback in all interactions via conducting performance discussions, writing reviews for appraisal etc.

- Recognize team's development needs and provide feedback toward constant improvement

- Assist on Office Management roles (e.g. recruiting, marketing, training, etc.)

ABOUT YOU:

- Candidates should be graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records

- Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies - 5-8 years of relevant industry experience. Prior experience in similar analytical roles may be an added advantage

- Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies - 3-6 years of relevant industry experience. Prior experience in similar analytical roles may be an added advantage

- Past experience in field of Enterprise Technology/ Technology preferred

- Possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx would also be helpful

- Possess excellent analytic skills, communication skills, team player skills with ability to multiple task and work under pressure
