Project Leader - Consumer Vertical - FMCG Domain - Management Consulting Firm - IIM/FMS/SP Jain/NITIE/JBIMS

Candidate Profile :

Position: Project Leader

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS. Candidates must have a strong academic track record.

Experience :

- 5 - 6 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2011 or 2012 batches)

Previous experience should be in :

In a reputed management consulting firm with significant experience in the consumer vertical. Should have worked on at least one transformation project.

Or

In a reputed FMCG company with experience in :

Product management / Brand management (Brand launch / re-launch)

Should have led a team of at least 2-3 professionals

Required Skills :

- FMCG domain know-how across categories, channels & consumers

Project Management - Ability to manage project deliveries with internal and external stakeholders

Team Management - Meeting deliverables while simultaneously developing team members

- Experience in client/vendor management would be preferred

Role:

As a Project Leader, the incumbent would be required to :

- Work on projects with our clients as a consulting partner

- Be responsible for solution conceptualization on projects, project management, client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards

- Effectively deliver on business development goals

- Contribute to increasing the knowledge value of the organization by participating in creating original pieces of research, industry insights and thought notes.

- Work across verticals & across geographies.
