Project Leader - Consulting/Strategy Consulting/HR/OD
- The job holder is responsible for client relationship management. S/he is required to engage with key clients, in order to maintain an ongoing relationship with them to strengthen the possibility of generating future business prospects.
- The job holder is also expected to lead business development meetings set up by the team members, initiate and monitor the sales funnel process and support a VP/AVP in business development efforts - building business pipeline either from existing clients or by managing new leads with the support of consultants and team members.
- To conceptualize and carry forward proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions
- To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews
- To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen bonds resulting in stronger relationship and repeat business.
