Project Leader Chemicals

We have an opportunity as Project Leader with one of the leading consulting company in Mumbai.

Position : Project Leader

Qualifications :

Chemical Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SJMSOM & SP Jain.

Candidates must have a good academic track record with at least 70 percent marks during MBA course.

Experience:

- 5 + years of post MBA experience for PL Level

- Should have worked in Chemicals / Petrochemicals Sector or in one of the leading consulting firms

The person should have worked in one or more of the following functions/areas :

- Sales & Marketing / Business Development

- Corporate Planning/Strategy

The incumbent should have :

- Strong strategy/planning exposure

- Good exposure to operations management and strategy concepts

- Good financial basics

- Led a team of at least 3-4 persons in a non-consulting role or teams of 1-2 persons in a strategy/planning role

- Additional 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage

Role :

- The candidate would be required to work on Chemical Industry projects with our client as consulting partners in strategy projects.

- The candidate would be responsible for total project deliveries of one or multiple projects at a time, handling teams of Associate Consultants & Business Analysts, project delivery, client interaction & total client satisfaction.

- The candidate would be responsible for project profitability

- The candidate would also be responsible for business development and expected to contribute to knowledge & organizational initiatives of Tata Strategic

- The position would be reporting into Practice Head / Principal - Chemical & Energy

- The candidate would be required to work across verticals & across geographies.

- Candidate must be willing to travel

- The position would be based out of Mumbai
