Project Leader - Advertising Sales

Position: Advertising Sales - Project leader

Location: Tanzania

Must have: Only apply if you have experience in media advertising and print sales environment

Identifying new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Since it also includes the role of Project Leader, you will be responsible for project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Deliver convincing business presentations and increase market share by identifying potential clients and business opportunities and to persuade new customers to place business with the company.

- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

- Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

- Act as interface to manage the client demands along with the internal department’s pressures, building strong client relationships

- Develop creative ideas for marketing and special promotional material.

- Knowledgeable of local suppliers and dealing with government authorities.

- Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of consulting projects.

Skills / Qualification required:

- Should be a degree holder.

- 3-5 years working experience

- Be able to successfully and proactively resolve problems

- An understanding of media

- Good communication skills

- A positive attitude

- Negotiation skills

- Plenty of initiative

- Time management skill

- Experience with intercultural business environments

- Knowledge of large format printers will be an advantage.
