Project Lead - Support - BFSI

Job Role: Project Lead

Location: India - Mumbai

The person will be leading a team tasked with production support activities including release deployment, handling daily activities, managing exceptions, monitoring etc. The team will also work closely with application development, core infrastructure, vendors, and others to solve system and/or user problems, lead issue resolution efforts, and conduct root cause analysis.

Job Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience with 3+ years of proven track record of leading support activities for critical projects

- Experience supporting applications built on Microsoft technologies (WCF, WPF, SSIS, SSRS, Asp.net etc)

- Experience with automation/scripting (e.g. Power shell)

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, including executing advanced SQL queries

- Proven Experience of leading team under pressure situations demanding quick turnarounds

- Project experience using ITIL (or any other relevant framework)

Preferred Skills:

- Past experience on financial services domain

- Past experience of supporting data integration/warehouse projects

- Experience with Enterprise job scheduler
