Project Lead - Strategy/Consulting/Generalist - Project Management - Social Impact Practice

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

1. Demonstrated expertise aligned with one of the social impact areas

2. 4 to 8+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, with 1+ years at a team lead level.

3. Track record of collaboration with senior executives. Must be comfortable delivering formal presentations to management

4. Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to take action is essential.

5. Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking. Ability to develop leading-edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize client value.

6. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm.

7. Proven ability to manage client engagements (government), client relationships, and provide "thought leadership" to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of engagements.

8. A combination of management and "hands-on" delivery experience is critical.

9. A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.

10. A technical degree is nice to have but not required
