Position Title : Project Lead - Retail Inward Remittances alliance and payment products

Business Group : IBG - Remittances

Location : Andheri or BKC, Mumbai

Key Deliverables :

- Project management of existing enhancements of inward remittance vostro alliance and payment products;

- Scope opportunity for new payment channels and products;

- Coordinate and facilitate business requirement documents for technology development;

- Liaise with internal stakeholders for defining fulfilment processes and controls;

- Engage with external parties for scoping commercial and legal arrangements for launch;

- Responsible for optimizing performance of all payments and distribution channels of all inward cross border retail remittances to increase the competitive advantage at originating countries particularly cash and mobile payout channels

- Understand key business drivers and developing business plans in accordance with unit and company objectives.

- Preparation of product notes and coordination with various teams like operations, compliance, legal, technology, fraud prevention, AML etc for inputs and approval

Person Requirements :

Qualifications : MBA with minimum 10 years- experience. Prior experience of handling physical payment network or channels is desired.
