RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The person would be responsible for designing research studies using a variety of primary research methodologies and analytical techniques.

- The person would be responsible managing and managing client discussions.

- They will be responsible for delivering projects and executing tasks like analytical planning, survey analysis, expert interview moderation, generation of insights from research data.

- Preparing realistic work plans, and lead a team to conduct research as per standard industry protocols.

- Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.

- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.

- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.

- One should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.

- Develop appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding.
