We are looking to hire a Project Lead with Quantitative Market Research background/ experience for a client company in Delhi/ NCR. The Project Lead will lead consulting/research projects, manage team, deliverables and client expectations.
Broad overview of the role:
- Manage end to end quantitative market research projects focused on generating unique consumer and customer insights
- Use appropriate tools to generate insights like SPSS and statistical techniques (Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, CHAID, Segmentation etc.)
- Address a range of client questions from brand equity tracking, to customer satisfaction surveys, to segment identification and profiling
- Responsible for analytical planning, work planning and effective project delivery and client management
Experience/ Skills required:
- 4-6 years of experience in a variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Experience of SPSS and in depth knowledge of various statistical techniques
- Ability to think logically and solve complex client problems
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Masters in a quantitative discipline or MBA from a premier institute
