Project Lead - NGO

We are currently retained by a non-profit organization to hire a Project Lead. This NGO is working towards high quality education for the children in govt. schools in India.

- As a Project Lead you will work on to design, and track academic execution of the Programs across schools.

- An ideal candidate is someone who has experience of delivering quality learning to children at scale. Experience in K-12- segment is a must have.

- The role will be based out of Delhi and would involve extensive travel so apply only if you are open to travel.

- Please note this is with an non profit, so please apply only if you are interested in the same. This needs a strategic thinker combined with a practical "can do" attitude and have a passion to serve.

Key responsibilities:

- Increasing the efficiency of the staff through various training modules: conceiving, designing and implementing.

- Design relevant technical monitoring and implementing materials to ensure quality project implementation.

- Conduct capacity building and/or mentoring activities for internal and external stakeholders by designing protocols, quality scorecards and setting up sustainable systems.

- Facilitate team building and cohesive working amongst team members.

- Review and support elaboration of project documents and reports.

- To Fit the Bill, you must have:

- A Strong academic background from a reputed institute with a post-graduation or a fellowship in education.

- 6+ years of total experience working in an impact-focused organization.

- Must have done curriculum development, assessment and training modules preparation for a progressive institution.

- Excellent people management and project delivery skills.

- Ability and flexibility to travel
