Project Lead - Manufacturing Execution System

- The ideal applicant should be BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) from reputed college/University with 12 to 20 years of experience with a reputed company in the field of Chemical/Cement/Fertilizer Plant.

- The incumbent should be conversant with different kind of condition monitoring and NDT like vibration analysis, Thermology, Thickness measurement, Hydro-test, DP Test, Spark Test or Rubber Lining etc.

- Exposure of ISO/OHSAS procedures. Documentation and record-keeping and compliance as per the requirement of the system.

- Exposure in capital project execution including its procedure like proposal, Layout finalization, drawing approval, detail engineering, cost & schedule monitoring, execution & commissioning of projects.

- Communication & dealing with shop floor people, maintenance engineers, purchase department, finance department.

- Exposure to safety-related procedures.

- In-depth knowledge of Chemical plant requirements, piping, vessels and its troubleshooting.

- Working knowledge of SAP system shall be added advantage
