Position: Project Lead - Large Scale Industrial/Manufacturing Plant Projects

Summary of Role: Project Management in the field of Construction - Preferably large scale Industrial/ Manufacturing plant Projects.

Group: Project Management

Preferred industry: Construction, Civil, Architectural & Structural.

Key deliverables:

- SPOC for a large Industrial Project

- Interaction with Consultants/ Clients/ Contractor

- Steering project activities including Design Management, Tendering, Contractors Selection, Execution,

- Testing & Commissioning and Close-out.

- Completed at least 2 large Industrial projects as Project Lead

Skills and Experience:

Experience:

- 12-15 years of overall experience.

- 2-3 years of Industrial/ Manufacturing Plant Projects

- PM/CM Specialization will help

Qualifications:

Qualification: BE (Civil) / B.Arch

Organisations from:

- Client / Consultants / Contractor

- MNC company experience will be preferred

Functional Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Project Execution.

- Leadership skills

- Ability to handle a team of 12 to 15 people.

Any other:

- Good communication skills. Conversant in MS Projects & MS Office.
