Experience: 7 - 10 years

Designation: Project Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experience in estimation

- Should be able to assign tasks and track the same with team members

- Interaction with Client and other stake holders.

- Supporting PM in Planning

- Participating in Triaging calls

- Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in medium /large projects on the Microsoft platform in a lead role.

- Experience of requirements elicitation from business users and analysis of existing systems

- Build, Test and deliver components for requirements

- Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns.

- Solution design experience in at least a couple of development & re-engineering projects.

- Understand of testing strategy and approaches for web-based applications

- Knowledge of estimation techniques such as FP, etc.

- Experience of project execution in a process-oriented environment

- Excellent communication and analytical skills. Take up any other allied tasks for analysis, solutioning & resolution related to the project as assigned.

- Responsible for delivery of all engineering artifacts in the module including requirements specs, design specs, test

- Plans/cases, code and deployment documentation.

- Coordinate and correspond on technical matters as required.

- Comply with processes and procedures in vogue in the organization.

Main Skills :

- Strong in estimation and guiding team

- Strong understanding of CM process

- Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in medium /large projects on the Microsoft platform in a lead role.

- N-Tier Web-based application design and development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies .NET 4.0, LINQ, Entity Framework, ASP.Net, C#, HTML, Java script, MVC4.0, Database concepts, Data modeling, T-SQL programming, Web services, XML, MONGO.

- Experience in working with SharePoint.

- Understand of testing strategy and approaches for web-based applications.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Experience in working with Skelta

- Experience in planning

Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech or MCA or equivalent from a reputed college.
