Health Project Lead - Not-For-Profit Sector

Summary :

- A leading healthcare non-profit organization established with the mission to empower all people to fight a life-threatening disease, through awareness, early detection, patient support, and survivor empowerment.

- We conduct screenings and awareness camps in multiple locations across the country. We also provide financial support for the treatment of children from underprivileged backgrounds through our impaneled hospitals pan India.

- Through our initiatives, we ensure that opportunities to detect and fight the disease are equal for all no matter who you are, your level of education, level of income, or where you live in our country.

- We are on an ambitious mission to screen around 20,000 women over the next couple of years.

- We are looking for a Health Project Lead with experience in large-scale project management. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the screening program in Goa. You should be a leader, well organized, proactive, and have the ability to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders.

- To be successful as a Project Lead at the organization, you must be able to lead a team, multi-task, and work with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Overall management and coordination of the project

- Lead the project team to successfully implement the project

- Responsible for setup processes for smooth implementation of screenings across the state

- Ensure risk mitigation for the project

- Create Programs for community Mobilization for screenings

- Lead the team of District Coordinators and Cluster Coordinators and resolve any issues

- Ensuring Daily/Weekly/Monthly scan targets are met and course correction if necessary

- Liaise with local leaders and stakeholders to mobilize community

- Communication and coordination with Project Team, YWC Team, and other partners

- Coordinating with key partners such as the Government of Goa and funding foundation and driving project steering committee meetings

- Send regular project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders

Requirements :

Location : Goa

- Masters in Public Health (MPH) or Masters in Health Administration (MPH) or MBA in Health Administration

- 4-10 Years of relevant experience

- Excellent professional communication skills

- Ability to communicate professionally in English, Hindi, and Konkani

- Demonstrate high EQ, integrity, and resourcefulness

- Experience in leading successful teams
