Project Lead for Technology & Digital

Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a reputed institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE(only PGDIM course), XIM, Symbiosis, NMIMS, Bajaj, IMT, SPJain or JBIMS.

Job Description:

1. The candidate would be required to play an important role in expanding the Technology Consulting Practice.

2. The incumbent would be required to lead projects with large and mid-sized Indian clients and work closely with Principal in business development activities with clients

3. The candidate would also be responsible for profitable project execution and develop expertise areas in emerging areas like connected devices, Internet of Things, new web or mobile based business models, customer experience management.

4. The candidate must have strong domain knowledge and should be able to provide insights to the team and display the ability to be a thought leader.

Desired Experience

1. The candidate should be currently working in digital /high technology products / consulting firms. Work experience of at least 5 years post MBA .i.e. MBA passout of 2012 or earlier.

2. Previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be necessary and experience should preferably cover one or more of the following

3. Led Digital transformation projects in areas such as IOT, Industry 4.0, Analytics.

4. Consultative selling on adoption of digital technology to new & repeat clients

5. Role in business strategy involving digital

6. Delivering business improvement projects using technology solutions across sectors
