The ideal candidate would be adept at understanding customers business challenges.
This role would be managing a team of analysts and co-ordinate with other teams on a day to day basis to execute all deliverables
This is a hands-on lead role
Will be required to execute analysis to deliver Reports, Dashboards & other modeling analytics
Should understand and possess experience in working on statistical techniques like segmentation, Targeting, propensity modeling, CLTV
Should be able to discuss and map a business problem to the right statistical method.
Should have experience in Customer loyalty management
Required to study, clean data and recommend actionable root causes of issues.
This role requires excellent communication skills. Additionally should possess the ability to confidently socialize business recommendations and enable customer organization to execute such recommendations.
