Project Lead - Construction

SUMMARY OF ROLE -

- A high profile project Director level person with International Project experience, preferably having undertaken any Internationally well known projects . Construction Management experience is a must involved in multiple Stakeholder Management, formulating processes and sytems for a high quality reporting & communication structure is a pre-requisite.

Key Deliverables-

1. Experience in large projects 1 Million sft or above, preferably to include High rise structures.

2. Overall Project Planning, Design Management, Procurement, Project Monitoring and Coordination with all consultants, vendors and clients.

3. Drive the Project towards controlling Design, Cost, time and Quality.

4. Chair all Design & project review meetings on timely submission, approvals, completion of project.

5. Report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.

6. Plan efficiently for Move-in in-coordination with various entities.

7. Ensure proper closeout and handing over of the campus to facility team.

Qualification-

- B.E.Civil/B Arch / Post graduate

Skills Required-

1. Knowlege of MS Project , Primavera other latest PMC or ERP softwares.

2. Excellent communication skills.
