Position: Project Leader

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a premier institution only with a strong academic background.

Experience:

- 5 - 6 years of post MBA experience.

- Experience should be in Brand management (Brand launch / re-launch) - from a reputed FMCG Company.

- Should have led a team of at least 2-3 professionals

Required Skills

- FMCG domain know-how across categories, channels & consumers

- Project Management - ability to manage project deliveries with internal and external stakeholders

- Team Management - meeting deliverables while simultaneously developing team members

- Experience in client / vendor management would be preferred

Role:

As a Project Leader, the incumbent would be required to:

- Work on projects with our clients as a consulting partner

- Be responsible for solution conceptualization on projects, project management, client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards

- Effectively deliver on business development goals

- Contribute in increasing the knowledge value of the organization by participating in creating original pieces of research, industry insights and thought notes.

- Work across verticals & across geographies.
