Leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Head-Sales to oversee and manage Sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in categories like industrial products, pumps, cables, BCP etc. Excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets. The Project Head will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing sales strategies, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all targets are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all aspects of sales from initiation to completion.

- Develop sales strategy, marketing plan

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, reports, and other relevant documents.

- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience 12-15 years in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid understanding of project sales methodologies and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficiency in sales management tools and software.

- Experience in territory a must.
