Project Head - Retail

Position - Project Head

Location - Mumbai

- Reporting into the CEO, the Project Head will be responsible for providing critical support to multiple projects across business to ensure key deliverables are achieved on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who is motivated self-starter with excellent planning and coordination skills who has the ability to work autonomously.

- You must have strong analytical and have great organisation skills.

- Site-based project involvement with site programming, site supervision and liaising with all trades to ensure work is completed in time budget

- Find ways of reducing costs through innovative design, supplier stakeholder management, and leveraging long term contracts

- Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project

- Design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for interior works associated with Project

- Project Management & Site Supervision once the project rolls-out for execution

- Continuous development of internal & external processes & systems to ensure seamless management of projects with minimum defects and the most effective utilization of resources to ensure they are simplified

- To coach and develop Project Managers to develop stronger venues and create a team environment

- Be a team player that looks to assist across the full business wherever needed

- To grow and challenge the design of venues through digital enhancement

- Delivering New Venue projects on time and on budget

- Implementing and operating coordinated work programs for team on site

- Capex & Opex management

Required Experience :

- 12+ yrs of experience in project management - ideally in in-house retail fit-out

- Relevant qualification in Architectural / Building / Construction

- Experience in planning and coordinating multiple projects within budgets and time constraints

- Willingness to travel and be present on site

- Strong technical skills with ability to use multiple systems (e.g. Autocad, 3DSMAX)
