Project Head - Real Estate

- Candidates with International experience will be preferred and should have completed multiple project cycle should have completed multiple project cycles

- Head of Projects to independently manage the functions of Contracts & Procurement, Design management, Budgeting, MIS & Process. Respective heads (GM/AGM) shall report to Head Projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

1. Qualification: B.E.(civil), with a post-graduate qualification.

Experience:

a. Minimum work experience of 27 years across various functions of projects life cycle.

b. Work experience outside of India will be preferred.

c. Experience in senior management position handling multiple projects

d. Experience of industrial project is a must. Development experience of Industrial / logistics parks will be preferred.

e. All rounder with strong hands-on experience in development management

f. Experience as a client / client representative and contractor in a leadership role.

g. Should be able to independently conceptualize a development and lead it to completion.

i. Project planning & monitoring. Using MS Projects.

ii. Planning project development strategy.

iii. Design management.

iv. Contract management. Well-versed with contract laws.

v. Preparation of financial statements and tracking.

vi. Shall have sound experience in ensuring highest quality standards in construction.

vii. Very good at management reporting. Including presentations.

viii. Shall have a proven record of implementing best HSE practices.

h. Excellent communication skills.

i. Should be a good team leader.

j. Shall be very good at handling large teams.

3. Exposure to multi-national work environment preferred.

4. Should be looking for long term association

B. Location: HO Mumbai. Will have to travel extensively.
