- The Incumbent would be Responsible for Order Processing to Execution, Sales Co-ordination. - Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of Customer orders/queries/Schedules based on the contract entered in the system. - Enter all customer order lines in line with the customers requested delivery date, Pending Order Status. - To monitor the progress and complete execution of an order. - To be proactive in communication with Supply Chain Planner in the event of shortages and use Supply Chain resource effectively to support customer business efficiency. - Reporting of deviation of delivery to customer. - To co-ordinate customer visits and visits of other sales personnel from branches. - Execution of project from customers and organisations point of view within the stipulated time and cost. Ensure timely supplies, Coordinate with: QA, Site engineers, Contractors, Order Execution .Get drawing approvals, prepare progress reports. - Degree in mechanical engineering - Control inter order execution process (OTR) - Project Management and Project Engineering - Co ordination with all execution enabling functions like sourcing, planning and manufacturing - Co ordination with sales and customers during order execution process - Higher throughput in execution setting up processes - Engineering excellence - Reduction AR / Past dues - Leadership qualities to drive the team - Planning, co ordination and execution skills - Good written and verbal communications Industry: Any EPC Manufacturing - Experience in Production Planning and expediting project will be an added advantage - Qualification: BE Mech
