Project Head - Infrastructure

- Head - Projects, F&B will plan, oversee and implement the infrastructure project activities and other project associated activities for the business. This will be congruent to the experience that the F&B business intends to provide its customers and guests in line with its brand proposal.

- Project Budgeting and Planning

1. Develops organization's projects strategy by studying economic, infrastructural, and socio-political indicators

2. Tracking trends in supply and demand, identifying right project input needs and budgeting the project cost accordingly

3. Coordinates with other functions for Project Planning

4. Prepare detailed plan for project implementation and timelines associated with the same

5. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements Project Cost and Deliverables

1 Ensure that the project cost is within planned budget and timelines

2. Update regular progress of projects undertaken by business

3. Oversee all on-site and offsite constructions to monitor and deviations

4. Be accountable for negotiations and vendor management of project vertical. Also recruit contractors and related manpower for the project work.

5. Prepare reports and MIS for Project related jobs
