Project Head ( Fertilizer Business ) Position : Project Head Location : Chittor Experience : 10 to 20 Years Salary Band: Rs. 20 to 50 Lacs - The Client is the country's top zinc producer and a part of a leading group & has diversified in the fertilizers business in di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) products category Role and Responsibility: - End to end coordination of project execution. Delivery of the project with respect to time, cost, quality, performance target as envisaged . - Implementation of stage gate process for entire execution. - Effective planning and scheduling of various interrelated packages for completion of the project - Project governance system implementation required and as mandated. - To prepare the review presentations as & when required. - All statutory clearances and their coordination for successful commissioning of the project. - To coordinate with production team to enable smooth commissioning of the project - Lead the team for effective execution. To be a single point contact for the owner's engineering contractor for all basic engineering, detailed engineering, and construction activity at site. - Maintain finance discipline of the project and submit cash flow requirement in time. - To coordinate with finance / commercial and technical function for effective delivery of the project. - To coordinate with all external stakeholders for successful execution of the project. - Ensure good MIS system for close monitoring of the project using latest software like Microsoft / Prima Vera etc. - To possess good communication skills and domain knowledge in execution of the project.
