Project Head - Execution - Residential - 60 Lakhs Max

1. Qualification: Graduation in Engineering with specialization in Civil Engg.

2. Experience: 17-22 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Manage and coordinate all construction and related activities for the project in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets.

4. Ensure compliance and implementation of all Engineering Procedures, practices and techniques as outlined in the design basis document and project drawings.

5. Understand the job sequencing, resource requirements and organize the project resources to ensure the project is implemented within the project budget, as per the schedule and as per quality parameters specified.

6. Manage Interface with ECC so as to achieve the targeted schedule and cost.

7. Work in close coordination with the design, engineering teams and PMC to achieve 'Value engineering' and 'Cost optimization'.

8. Coordinate with Planning, QS/Contracts team for developing project schedules interfaced with the engineering deliverables and procurement/contracting plans.

9. Provide inputs for preparation of periodic project MIS.

10. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory rules, local bye-laws and manage the environment to facilitate uninterrupted progress of site works.

11. Conduct Quality and safety Audits at site & implement the corrective actions.

12. Coordinate finalization of construction methods, erection/construction schemes and plans/design of enabling works.

13. Monitor all construction activities from the perspective of LEED compliance.

14. Coordinate finalization of Quality plans, ITP, Safety plans, EHS plans and monitor compliance, documentation, audit and corrective actions.

15. Formalize all project close-out activities including evaluation, punch list liquidation, As-built documentation, certification of final bills and contract closures.
