Project Head - Construction Operations

Looking Btech Civil graduate having 15+ years of experience into construction industry and have involved in doing modular construction, pre cast construction as well as precasting.

- Customer Relation Excellent- feedback rating from customer till handing over.

- Integration of project schedules for all works & monitoring the progress for different activities of work. 

- Plan & Review the consumption details and co-ordinate with Cluster / HQ for arranging required materials & resources in time. 

- Review and finalize the MIS / MPCS schedule. 

- Review the Job Cost Report & analysis of variation and corrective action. 

- Monitoring of actual schedule of resources required based on achieved progress. 

- Coordination with client, timely realization of outstanding & internal / external correspondence. 

- Identifying and finalizing vendors for start of finishing activities by evaluating their proposal and finalizing them with best competitive rates. 

- Plan and provide training for all the staff workmen for achieving desired productivity at work and review the qualitative efforts made by individual. 

- Ensure the quality product with safety as per management guidelines.
