Oversee, Coordinate & ensure that project gets delivered in time & cost effective manner

Overall Project Management of various construction projects

Responsible for planning, execution & supervision of all the activities in reaching to the desired results

Project management, Engineering management, Value Engineering, Procurement, Coordination with Architects and Consultants, Project& Construction Management.

Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams

Managing Vendors and Specialized Subcontractors

Make sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations

Qualification : Civil Engineer + PG in Construction
