- Provide technical support for integrated cement projects and updates on a need basis to facilitate strategic decision making by the top management.

- Experienced with Site management, Contractors Management, Manpower planning, tools, crane planning, Erection planning, Quality monitoring, People Management for completion of project.

- Execution of a capex project within budgeted time, cost and achieving guaranteed performance, as a team leader.

- Ensuring implementation of agreed objectives, quality, time, cost, specifications, OH&S and environment protection requirements.

- The Site Manager assumes responsibility for the project including construction and administration aspects, within an approved budget and time schedule as defined by the project steering committee and approved by the project owner.
