Job Title Project Manager - Design

Reporting: President

Location Vitthalapur, Ahmedabad

Salary: Between 25 to 30 LPA

Responsibilities

- Designing of Industrial Units as per the requirement of the client & Authority.

- Coordinate with design team and site team to incorporate the design to the actual building shape.

- Coordination with the authority for necessary Statutory approvals for the industrial units.

- Coordinate and check the project schedule and checking of GFC Drgs.

- Provide Solutions for design problems.

- Monthly and weekly report preparation as per the progress and schedule requirement

- Attending meetings and workout BOM checking of quantities and procedure.

- Costing of new materials as per the market and DSR.

- Conducting trainings for improvement of technical and Professional Working knowledge.

- Checking Building Bye Laws of different states for upcoming projects as per requirement.

- Making Error list for improvement in upcoming projects from the past experience.

- Final checking and coordination work before submission with check list.

- Negotiations skill with Government Officials and contractors.

- Designing skill as per the space requirement and designing of elevations with presentation drawings.

Qualification: - Diploma in Architecture from reputed Indian institution with minimum 20-25 years of experience in project management & construction business (industrial & Infrastructure preferred).

- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from reputed Indian institution with minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management & construction business (industrial &Infrastructure preferred).

KEY SKILL: - Knowledge of codes NBC, DSR, CPWD Specs, Schedule of Rates, IS Codes etc.

- Can work on Auto cad proficiently, knowledge of 3D Max and Ravit.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Having sufficient proficiency in working on various computers platforms and packages like MS Word, Excel, Photo shop and MS-Power Point on Windows

platform.

Age Limit - Between 40 to 45 years
