Project Head - Administration - Sports School Job Role : Project Manager - SPORTS University Project Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka Leadership and Management - Design and implement a comprehensive project plan for the Sports University Project - Lead and manage the project team for the SPORTS University Project - Oversee and manage the contractual obligations - Manage vendors and their agreed outputs (quality and timeframes) in relation to the project. - Manage and implement directives of the Working Advisory Group Stakeholder relationships - Design a map of all key stakeholders outlining their roles ad impact on the project - Develop and implement a stakeholder relationship plan to ensure that all stakeholders remained aligned to the project Compliance - Ensure that all compliance requirements are met for the project - External compliance requirements include but would not be limited to Karnataka State, - Government of India, Civil construction vendors, and any other external stakeholders - Internal compliance requirements would include but are not limited to Foundation and SPORTS UNIVERSITY Trust Communication and Administration - Coordinates and administers meetings of the Working Advisory Group - Support the SPORTS University Education Consultant with the drafting and submission of documents to regulatory authorities - Coordinate monthly meetings with external and internal stakeholders. - Provide monthly project report updates to the Director OF SPORTS UNIVERSITY, CEO Foundation, and CEO Sports. - Present a quarterly update outlining milestones achieved, budget consumed, work planned for next quarter, cash flow requirement for next quarter Financial Management and Budget - Manage the budget allocated to the project - Develop a comprehensive budget for subsequent phases of the project up to the point of completion - Manage the cash flow required for the SPORTS University Project Qualifications and experience : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management - 8+ Years of demonstrated project management experience - Financial management experience (projects to the value of 20Cr and Upwards) - Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders - Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office - Desirable : experience and efficiency in working with project management software tools - Desirable : previous experience and the project management of an educational institute - Desirable : strong professional network within the state of Karnataka.
