Role & Responsibility :

Marketing :

- First level analysis for targeting corporate clients - including understanding industry dynamics, financial model of the specific companies and staying updated on recent developments

- Market scoping work including identifying new clients, their contacts, bio, summaries etc

- Client presentations, credentials and pitch books

- Doing balance sheet and capital adequacy analysis of various financial institutions

Deal Related :

- Preparing internal heads up/ full blown memos for discussion with credit and other committees.

- Preparation of credit model / financial analysis

- Assisting in deal due diligence

- Assisting in syndication including responses to investor queries

- Onboarding coordination

- Help in deal execution by coordinating with relevant teams internally

- Assisting in legal interpretation of various old deal documents and also helping in the documenting the ongoing deals in a legally appropriate way

Post Deal :

- MIS maintenance

- Post trade monitoring, including regular credit updates, covenant monitoring, collateral monitoring documentation follow-ups, etc

Other matters :

- Deal confirmation and related mid office/back office coordination for the same

- Keep a database of deals done in the market/ competitive landscaping
