Job Description :

FIRM: Solar firm based off in Gurgaon

Candidate's Role :

1. Support Project Finance and financial management

a. Support in project finance/re-finance for various solar projects SPVs of the Company

b. Support in Making Project Reports and documentation to facilitate debt closure

c. Closely dealing with Banks/Financial Institutions for support of project finance closure

d. Regular follow up / interaction with lenders on status on loan applications, documentation etc to facilitate debt closure

e. Support due diligence process on financial docs

f. Support in preparation of loan application package

g. Support in management of LC/ BG/ Buyer's credit etc

h. Support in preparing annual/periodic financials

2. Financial modelling - Has a hands-on knowledge on developing and running a financial model and scenario

Candidate Profile :

- Good MS office skills, word, excel, power point.

- Good presentation / communication skills

- Graduate or MBA from reputed institutions

- 2-4 years of relevant experience with atleast 6+ months of experience into DEBT SYNDICATION

- Experience in INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE IS A MUST
