Project Finance Role - Infrastructure Projects

Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Must have excellent knowledge of Project Finance, Risk analysis, PPP.

2. Building/auditing complex financial models, conducting financial analysis

3. Preparation of investment memoranda, valuation and due-diligence reports for investment decisions

4. Responsible for the entire deal process from early feasibility till achievement of Financial Close

5. Structuring and financing of infrastructure projects on non/limited recourse basis

6. Financial advisory to clients for infrastructure projects
