Project Finance Role - Financial Services Firm

Qualification - MBA/CA/CFA with 4+ years of work experience

JD :

1. Managing Credit Appraisal and Financial modelling wrt infrastructure /project financing

2. Origination of deals and business development

3. Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, negotiation on term-sheets etc.

4. Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation

5. Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities and asset monitoring
