Project Finance Role - Commercial Vehicle Loans

Project Financing, Design and Processing

- Primarily responsible for executing the complete cycle of project funding- deal origination with FIs, credit assessment, obtain loans, disbursal and post disbursal monitoring

- RFP analysis, deal structuring and execution, fund raising including equity finance, financial closure and advising on tax implications. Responsible for financial modelling and analysis of projects

- Structuring and restructuring of loans

- Undertake and manage the necessary due diligence, financial modelling, risk analysis and mitigation in the structuring of loans, equity investments and/or guarantees

- Structure and implement innovative deals to add value to the company within the lending norms/priority sector guidelines of RBI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge & Skills requirement:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Bank Finance: NBFC/Institutional finance

- Understands project finance

- Basic idea of legal documentation

- Relationships in Banks/investment banks

- Bank/ large NBFCs: operations: part of team for risk-assessment, evaluating proposals, perfecting security (legal documentation) and looked at disbursements (to treasury) looking at large scale clients

- Disbursement in the range of 40 Cr. deals size

- Experience and exposure in commercial vehicle financing would be added advantage

- Initiative and out of box thinking would be desirable.
