Project Finance - Real Estate - NBFC

We need a candidate from project Finance side with one of the NBFC's in Mumbai having following expertise :

- Project Finance Professional with relevant experience in Project & Corporate Finance field, having exposure in Real Estate vertical, someone who has worked on real estate projects.

- Candidate should be proficient in structured finance.

- Candidate should have had prior experience in structuring of deals on product line like bonds, debentures and other secured bonds.

- Strong relationships with NBFC’s / Banks / Financial institutions.

- Prior experience in Debt syndication along with structuring is must.

Qualification : MBA/CA
