Role: Grants Manager (audit)

Industry: Non Profit

We would really recommend you read the role before applying as its a specific role with specific criteria. This is a role with a leading non profit to- lead and facilitate process and risk audits, information, analysis and financial / modelling analytics needed for key projects of the organization. A large focus of the role would be on Grants management (process, approval & tracking); Revenues and costs modelling. The preference would for someone who understands FCRA in depth and has a good understanding of GST as well.

It requires someone who has a strong understanding of managing projects from process and risk audit for large non profits and who has handled multiple projects. This is a highly strategic role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility with excellent facilitation, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role.

The projects could include- operating analysis and process audits of various functions like Finance & Accounts, IT, civil projects and procurement, Travel and logistics; Risk analysis across various elements;- The role would require Risk mitigation recommendations and execution on solutions;-

The role requires someone with strong stakeholder management and ability to present dashboards on progress of each project along with financial modelling and risks. It will also manage administrative and operational responsibilities for these projects with a solid handle on work flow management, timelines and deliverables.

To fit the bill, you must be:

- A CA/ MBA (Finance) from tier 1 or 2 institute

- 7+ years of minimum relevant work-experience of 7yrs

- Strong understanding and work experience of Grants management including FCRA is a key requirement; GST knowledge is preferred.-

You must have - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the mastery of various tools and platform (Excel, Tableau, programming etc) coupled with strong interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to review and prioritize work independently and effectively, and use appropriate resources and creativity to resolve issues

- Work in tight timelines and remain positive

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion in all such situations
