Project Finance Manager

Job description

One of our leading Denmark based MNC client into manufacturing of various product used by various industries looking forward for a dynamic leader having exp in project finance management , financial regulations, legal requirements, and tax obligations.

Role & responsibilities:

- Create financial models, assess feasibility, and evaluate financial risks to determine the feasibility of the project.

- Facilitate the project approval process through active support and collaboration.

- Explore and secure funding sources for the projects.

- Monitor and actively manage project cash flows to ensure a sustained level of liquidity.

- Prepare and analysis of the project's budget variance report.

- Establishing the finance department involves designing and implementing robust financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance within the organization.

- Supervising and supporting the daily operations of the finance functions to ensure streamlined and proficient practices.

- Continuously ensuring internal control policies are followed and proactively working to improve their effectiveness.

- Supervise and organize the month-end closing process, along with the preparation of management reports.

- Assisting in the development and execution of financial forecasts and annual budgets.

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, legal requirements, and tax obligations.

- Collaborate with lawyers and bankers regarding financial matters.

- Undertake any additional responsibilities or ad-hoc assignments as required by the management.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualified - CA , Having at least 8 to 10 years exp

- At least 5 years relevant working experience

- Well-versed in project finance management and financial regulations, familiar with legal requirements, and knowledgeable about tax obligations.

- With a strong background and demonstrated work experience in the manufacturing industry

- Knowledge in SAP Accounting System will be an advantage

Required skills: Microsoft Office, Power Point and etc

- Able to work independently, good management skills with a strong sense of responsibilities and commitment, self-motivate, good interpersonal and communication skills

- Preferred industry - Manufacturing
