Project Finance Controller Cum Bid Manager - Telecom

We are hiring for a project finance controller cum Bid manager based with a telecom Organization in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

Managing Telecom Bids for Defence, Govt., Smart Cities, Bharatnet etc.

Acting as a project finance controller for project value uptoRs 200 Cr.

1. The Organization is engaged in all above business segments where Customer is govt. All Govt entities roll out tenders/RFPs for bids. Bid Manager-Finance need to go through the entire RFP and prepare the final price schedule and costing sheet keeping in mind the inputs from various stakeholders and Tender. He also needs to take care of the financial guidelines of the company while preparing the bid. Lots of analysis would be required on win/loss of the bids.

2. Acting as project finance controller for upto two projects.

Key Requirements:

- Bid Management,

- Working knowledge of Taxation, GST.

- Budgeting.

- Cash Flow and Financial Modelling,

- Risks management

- Contract Management,

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Project Finance controller:

- Controlling the P&L of the project.

- Making the financial plan. Ensuring the monthly books are closed as per company practice and accounting standards.

- Maintaining the fund flow/cash flow as per plan.
