JD of Finance Controller

1. Preparation of Project Budget / Its monitoring

2. WBS Structure - finalization with Project / SAP Team

3. Analysis of periodic financial performance and MIS

4. Risk management: Insurance; LD; Deductions etc.

5. Project Audit Coordination

6. Internal Audit Coordination

7. PR / PO monitoring ; NFA / PO validation / approval

8. Cost optimization and analysis: preparation of reports for project leadership

9. Inventory monitoring & ensuring material reconciliation

10. Coordination between Project and Finance function

11. Reviewing / monitoring procurement plan so that inventory does not remain with us for more than a week and at the same time we are able to ensure package deliveries.

12. Review contractual obligations of all the vendors / suppliers for ensuring that all the terms / contractual obligations are back to back

13. Evaluating / setting / re-setting of financial processes including material bill processing; sub-contractor bill processing; revenue billing; employee reimbursement etc.
