Firm : Seed funded start up in the student accomodation sector funded by reputed international VCs

Role - Project/Execution manager (Founders team)

Job responsibilities : 

The Project Manager/Execution Manager will be part of the Growth Strategy Team. The person will work with cross functional teams such as tech, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure delivery as per committed timelines. The incumbent's responsibility does not end at planning phase, he will ensure that the initiative/project gets executed/launched within timeline and with excellent quality. Execution will play equal role to project management.

- Understand customer requirements

- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of dedicated project(s) ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

- Define measurable and realistic project objectives and milestones

- Ensure project realization in terms of project scope, time, costs and quality. Assure a sound basis for measuring project performance and risks

Job requirements - 

- 2+ years of work-experience in start-ups

- Should have prior experience in strategy and project management

- Ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams

- Bias for action, quality and speedy delivery matters
