Project Engineer - Mechanical - FMCG

A new and exciting opportunity to be part of the leading FMCG company has arisen for an experienced Project Engineer with a mechanical background. The successful Project Manager must have a strong mechanical technical background, with related mechanical engineering qualifications, ideally degree level. You must have strong leadership skills, with a number of years' worth of experience of managing a large team of Engineers, whilst also having experience of CAPEX and improvement projects and Health and Safety issues. Ideal backgrounds would be from Engineering Supervisors or Team Leaders from Manufacturing, Process, FMCG, PowerStation, Forces.

Area of Responsibility

Develop sketches, drafts and designs in line with Project Specification and requirement, Preparation of detailed Design drawings, Contract documents, MTOs, assist in the preparation

Preparation of Engineering calculations and present it to Engineering manager

Preparation and review of drawing check lists

Review and evaluate submitted Inspection Test Plans, Material Submittals Requests for clarifications and proposed alternatives

Knowledge of KSA Building and international standards desirable
