Roles & Responsibilities :

- Market Research - Quantitative consumer Research background.

- Project Execution is the key responsibility area, includes creating project proposal, designing research tools, questionnaire development, data analysis and report writing.

- Client handling - Responsible for managing day to day project related interaction with client and also management of both system1 and system2 projects with the help of a small team.

- Co-ordination & overseeing clients, research and field teams.

- Presentation Writing (First Draft/ Final).

- Business Development & managing a team of few researchers.

Qualifications / Skillsets Required :

- MBA in Marketing/ Post Graduation or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years- experience in Quantitative Consumer Research in a reputed agency.

- Ability to work independently, contribute to the greater team and to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently.

- Excellent project management, Proactive, problem solving, and initiative skills required.

- Strong and articulate verbal and written communication & presentation skills.

- Good numerical ability - with a good track record in Maths and Quantitative Methods.

- Working knowledge in MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.

- Efficient time management, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and detail oriented.

- Displays maturity and creative problem-solving skills in handling crises.
