Project Director - Real Estate - IIM/ISB (15-20 yrs)
- Project director for a Real estate company
- Candidate should have a good experience of working in a large Real estate company.
- Do not require a civil construction person.
- Looking at candidates who can run the P&L for the group.
- Should have an excellent experience into corporate strategy & Planning, Operational strategy, P&L management, investments and acquisitions, M&As
- Responsible for launch & sales strategy, product planning, project management, driving Government relations for sanctions and approvals, operations, handover and delivery to the buyers
- Responsible for the macro-economic assessment of the project.
- MBA grads only from IIMs/ ISBs required for the role.
- Candidate should be strictly from strategy design and development background and not a construction head.
- Candidate should have an excellent knowledge about Real estate operations.
- Role reports to the COO
